About Us

Haslemere Community First Responders are a team of volunteers who are trained and dispatched to respond to emergency calls through the 999 system in conjunction with the South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Trust.

We live within the community and surrounding areas of Haslemere, so are able to attend the scene of an emergency in a very short time - often within the first few minutes - and in the majority of incidents we are sent to, we would be first on scene.

We are never sent out instead of an Ambulance, and will always be backed up by an Ambulance.

We can then begin vital life saving first aid before the arrival of an ambulance, further increasing the patient’s chances of survival.

Haslemere Responders are playing a vital role within your local community.
