- or a combination of them all.

We volunteer our spare time to help members of our community. You do not need any previous first aid experience, you will also be subject to a CRB check, you will need is access to a car, and to be off reasonable fitness, as the kit is reasonably heavy, and you could be doing CPR for a period of time, even after the crew have arrived.
As a Responder, when you are on duty you will be tasked by the control room to attend any suitable emergancy that comes in, in your area. In between calls you can continue with your day to day routine, so long as you can drop everything when a call comes in.
